The 4000MUI-R14 is a remanufactured Mechanical Unit Injector (MUI) designed for Perkins 4000 Series diesel engines. MUIs combine the functions of a fuel pump and injector into one unit, delivering high-pressure fuel directly into the combustion chamber. The recon (remanufactured) version is rebuilt to Perkins OEM standards, tested for spray pattern, injection pressure, and mechanical durability, ensuring reliable performance at a lower cost compared to new injectors.
